Puzzled

Puzzled

Wedged on this seat for quite some time,
Got many things in my head, yet I have nothing to write;
It's like having the drive but uninspired
Or maybe it's the other way; puzzled is my mind.

Mixed up are the thoughts in my brain
I just wanted to tell you something
But I could not spot the words,
My mind has gone astray in another world.

I wonder if you think of me;
Do you comprise me when you pray?
I marvel at what my life would seem to be
When you've crossed my way.

Whether or not in your dreams you have seen it before
That I am the one you've been waiting for,
I discern I have found the precise omen;
Years from now, I foresee
You'll share with me your family name.
