A Poem for Mamay

A Poem for Mamay

It’s hard to imagine life without you
It’s heartbreaking to think that you’re gone
But we’ll cherish the memories as you go
For even death is part of God’s plan.

In everything, there’s a season
And finally, you’ve done your earthly mission
We may have tears to dry
Yet, this is not the final goodbye.

Heaven might have a new role for you to fill
An angel to help us heal
Or a sparkling star
To guide us from afar.

Worry not; we’ll get through this trial
Because our worldly suffering is your eternal smile
We know that up to heaven you rise
And without pain, you celebrate in paradise.
