Like Streams

Like Streams

Tumults saunter toward the north;
Bewilderment strolls towards the south,
Far-and-wide encumbrances gush
Goaded by increasing rush.

But let them not
Flood through the threshold of your heart
Trap them in the abysmal roots instead
Of great courage you had planted.

Great mistakes emerge out of the blue
Prying the darkness on you
And you find it hard to wend,
For your aching feet won't mend.

Problems flow like streams;
Once you've carried away, you'll lose your dreams.
But embrace your faith tight
The time has not yet come to lose a fight.

So, set your view aloft
With recalcitrance, move forth
Turn the faucet off.
Each eye drop counts.
