Two Years and Forever

Two Years and Forever

I looked up at the half-full bulb above
Under this roof, I hope that you see
The moon-made halo mesmerized me.

I'm trying to breathe your warmth in the cold air;
Imagining you are right here,
Because each time I look up, I can feel you're near,
I've been loving you for two years and forever.

I smiled as I prophesied all our tomorrow
It's the mere way to conceal the sorrows
How I wish I could just hit the forward button with you
In a blink, I have your hand to hold on to.

I've been doing this for quite a long time,
And it's a tragic addiction of mine;
Yet, even if I had known that waiting could bring pain,
I would still choose to love you for two years and forever again.
