Will I Forget You

Will I Forget You

I was awakened by an unpleasant dream
I opened up my eyes,
it's still 3 a.m.
The earth was quiet and still
But there's a loud scream in my lonely heart
Afraid it will come true,
I fear losing you

I dreamt that you are here,
just a step closer
But there was another girl
who caught your eye
She's everything and more

I love you, it's true
But will you notice me
staying all along,
listening to your songs?
Are you my destiny
or forever just my fantasy?

Will I get over you and
leave this dream behind?
Will I be strong enough to keep you
 out of my mind?
When will I realize that
you will never be my reality?
Will I be able to forget you
before this nightmare comes true?
