Write It Again

I wonder what it would be like 
if I am the writer of my own life
Would I have the chance to 
change the script and erase my mistakes?
I'd do it again, make everything right
Choose all the people that I would trust
Sometimes I wish my life is like a novel

I wonder how it would feel like 
if I ever met the man of my dreams
If I'm a damsel in distress, 
would my prince come and rescue me?
And we will dance all night under the starlight
Happy ever after is where we'll end
Sometimes I wish my life is like a fairytale

So I can read all the times when I laughed like 
it's the last time
Highlight the chapters where I was 
building memories with the people I love
Skip to the page I realized 
I fell in love for the first time
Proofread the story so I could write it again.
